  9.           pbmtolj - convert a portable bitmap into HP LaserJet format

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.           pbmtolj [-resolution N] [-float] [-noreset] [pbmfile]
  13.  
  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads a portable bitmap as input.  Produces HP LaserJet data
  16.           as output.

  18.           Note that there is no ljtopbm tool.

  20.      OPTIONS
  21.           -resolution
  22.                Specifies the resolution of the output device, in dpi.
  23.                Typical values are 75, 100, 150, 300.  The default is
  24.                75.
  25.  
  26.           -float
  27.                Suppresses positioning information.  The default is to
  28.                write the sequence ESC & l 0 E to the output file.
  29.  
  30.           -noreset
  31.                Prevents pbmtolj from writing the reset sequences to
  32.                the beginning and end of the output file.
  33.  
  34.           All flags can be abbreviated to their shortest unique
  35.           prefix.
